Guests sipped on strawberry jalapeno mojitos, one of the The Ritz-Carlton's signature cocktails, and feasted on mini cuban sandwiches, sliders, and hand cut french fries. In addition to the delicious passed snacks, there were also a handful of stations that were so yummy, guests left not wanting a thing! (I must say that the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach is so amazingly creative with their station displays. I was really impressed!) For dessert, we passed fruit sorbet shaped like actual fruit on ice trays and set up bananas foster stations complete with endless topping options.
