Want to intern with us?



Things are buzzing over here at Laurie Arons Special Events! We are looking to add an intern to our team to help out at the office and on event days. Interested? Here's the scoop:

Laurie Arons Boutique Events Internship

We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, outgoing, wedding-loving intern to join the Boutique Events division.


JOB DUTIES
                ·     Assist with day-to-day office tasks to include vendor contact and filing. 
                ·     Assist with management of guest hotel room blocks. 
                ·     Assist with meeting coordination.
                ·     Maintain office calendar and database.
                ·     Assist with execution of events as needed. 
                ·     Assist with various projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
               ·     Mac savvy and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
               ·     Ability to multi-task and work autonomously. 
               ·     Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
               ·     College degree or enrolled college student.    
               ·     Corporate experience a plus. 

This position is part-time (approximately 4-8 hours per week + select weekends). Hours and schedule are flexible. Interns must be able to work from the Boutique Events office in the Peninsula and have a car.
